You already make a difference every day as a Direct Support Professional (DSP). The DSP II Training Program is your opportunity to strengthen your skills, grow your confidence, and take your career to the next level.

This program is designed for DSPs who want to go beyond the basics, earning the DSP II Credential while gaining the tools to make an even greater impact on the lives of people with disabilities.

What You’ll Learn

Hybrid Learning: Live classes + 25 online self-paced courses
Practical Application: Assignments that demonstrate your new skills

Who Can Apply

The DSP II Training Program is a great fit if you:

Have at least 1 year of experience as a DSP
Are comfortable with basic technology
Can commit time to classes and assignments
Want to grow as a professional and leader in the field
