Mission & History
Rooted in Purpose. Evolving with Vision.

Mission
Our Mission
Empowering People, Enriching Lives
Our mission is to empower people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) to live the life they choose.
Since our founding, we’ve been committed to breaking down barriers, advancing inclusion, and opening doors to opportunities for people with disabilities. What began as grassroots advocacy has grown into a comprehensive network of services that support growth, independence, and meaningful connection for all people.
As the needs of our community evolve, so do we. From housing support services to community-based and employment services, we meet people where they are—walking alongside them as partners in possibility and progress. Together, we’re building a future where every person is seen, heard, and empowered to thrive.
Our Vision
As members of one's own community, people are recognized for the valuable contributions they make and enjoy the resources and opportunities available to all.
We envision a future where every person has the freedom to pursue their goals, make meaningful connections, and lead a life of purpose, dignity, and choice.
